Defensible Space Evaluations Update.
Defensible Space Evaluations began May 15, 2023! As noted in the March "First Notice Letter" the evaluations began early. However, the Letter did not advice the property owners of new changes to the evaluation process. These changes were not put in place until after the distribution of the letter.
Please Note: The first change is to the use of a Compliance Plan. Beginning this year, the use of a Compliance Plan is no longer permitted. The second change is to properties not meeting compliance at the time of evaluation. All meetings and actions pertaining to noncompliant properties must occur with the SSOA Board of Directors. For a more detailed explanation, please refer to the June 2023 Newsletter.
